actually i love the whole naughty conservatism of the 1950's. its something we don't get a lot of in the new millennium. everyone has pretty much said to hell w/ conservatism, bring on more naughty. I, on the other hand, find the naughtiest ppl are those that are the most conservative (or fully clothed)...(save that for another post).
ANYWHO, it all boils down to me wanting a 1950's inspired swimsuit.

aside from chloe sevigny for opening ceremony, i love me some PROENZA SCHOULER.
with everyone having to be uber different and inevitably looking the same, the Proenza Schouler line is edgy, and feminine w/o being pink and floral, but more importantly its a fresh-new look @ being different. I LOVE IT.

1) DENIM, DENIM, DENIM!!!! ladies n gents, its time to bring out your jean jackets, relaxed fit jeans and denim accessories...i dare you to wear them all @ once: (chanel ss 2010)
2) GOLDEN SHOWERS!!!!! Golden what??? a little splash of gold or vibrant yellow can add a playful glow to any S/S 'fit:
